Riley Smith, Course Marking and Headquarters Management
Riley@destinationtrailrun.com

Riley was born and raised in small town in Eastern Oregon.  He was inspired to run by watching his brothers and sisters run when he was a child. After running in high school, Riley transitioned to triathlons for 4 years before finding his true love.... trail running. Being out on the trails exploring the mountains is what truly makes him happy.  Riley first met the Destination Trail Crew at the 2016 Bigfoot 200 and he never left. Riley loves being around like minded people who share a passion for the trails and mountains.

Kristal was born and raised in Washington. She loves the mountains whether she is running on the trails or playing in the snow. She found her love for running in 2005 when her youngest child was 1. Originally running road half and full marathons, Kristal discovered her love for trail running in 2009 at her first trail race on Orcas Island and never looked back. She has run many trail ultras and still to this day her favorite distance is 50 miles. When she isn't racing you can find Kristal volunteering at races in order to be part of the wonderful running community. Kristal enjoys spending time with her three children or on an adventure running the trails in the mountains, taking photos and enjoying a good local beer!
